What steps should I take before first use?

Is it necessary to rinse the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher?

No need to rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Just remove the thicker food scraps.

How to arrange the dishes in the dishwasher?

Sometimes placing the dishes in the dishwasher is the same as playing Tetris. We recommend that you place it as follows:

• Make sure the dishes will not tip over during the wash.
• Place containers upside down like glasses, cups and pots.
• If you place pieces with great depth, place them at an angle so that the water can drain off when drying.
• Make sure that the dishes do not interfere with the free movement of the blades.

What is the prewash?

Prewash is a short program that prepares dishes for washing to achieve perfect results. It is only indicated if the dishes are very dirty, or for cases where the dishwasher is not used every day. To do this, after placing the dishes, select the pre-wash to remove dirt and prevent the formation of odors and the accumulation of debris in the dishwasher.

Which program to select?

Select the program according to the type of dishes, but also the type of dirt. Therefore, for pots, pans, dishes and cutlery that are not fragile, or burnt, we recommend the automatic programs with high temperatures, 65 and 75C. Otherwise, the standard or Eco program is sufficient. Remember that the Eco program lasts longer, but consumes less water and energy. For delicate dishes, it is preferable to use a program at a lower temperature (45-50C).

 

Is it possible to put the pots in the dishwasher?

If your pots or pans have a non-stick coating, the temperature contrast that occurs inside the dishwasher can damage these properties.

Is it necessary to add salt and rinse aid ?, and how often?

 

You must add salt and rinse aid when the refill indicator light is on. It is advisable to use rinse aid for perfect results on glasses and dishes. It prevents the formation of water and lime stains.

Salt is necessary to prevent scale formation and corrosion.

 

Which detergent is the most effective?

Detergents are available in tablet, powder or liquid form. Do not use dishwashing liquid to wash dishes manually. You can choose to use detergents with the built-in rinse aid. To obtain a good result, follow the instructions on the detergent containers.
