3. Can I pick up my Appliance?

• Yes, you can pick up your product in one of our 3 stores:

4. Does BonPrix Électroménagers install the appliances?

• Yes, consult in our stores for the cost of the service

5. Will BonPrix Électroménagers collect my old appliance?

• It is not a problem for us to pick up your old appliances. However, you will have to mention it to your BonPrix Électroménagers sales advisor at the time of purchase so that they can write it down on your sales receipt. We do not charge an additional fee for this service, but we ask that you tip the drivers with the amount of your choice.

8. Does BonPrix Électroménagers sell used products?

• No, they are products with small defects

9. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• If your BonPrix Electroménagers branch has the appliance you need in stock, we can deliver it as early as the next day. If the branch does not have the appliance in stock, and your sales advisor places the order, please expect a delay of three to four business days.
