These are our rates:

  • Less than 30 km: $60
  • More than 30 km: $60 + $2/km
  • Quebec City: $200 + taxes
  • Toronto (GTA): $250 + taxes per product
  • Ottawa, Gatineau and Sherbrooke: $150 + taxes per product
3. Can I pick up my appliance?

Yes, you can pick up your product in one of our 3 stores:

We only offer washer/dryer installation: $60 + tax.

Installation can only be applied with the purchase of washer and dryer hoses, if necessary.

We offer a pickup service for $20 plus tax per item; the appliance must be disconnected at the time of pickup.

6. Did your appliance arrive with a problem or are you dissatisfied with your purchase?
