  • All our products have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
  1. Does BonPrix Électroménagers deliver?
  • These are our rates:
  • Less than 30km: 60$
  • More than 30km: 60$ +2$/km
  • Quebec City: $200 + taxes
  • Toronto(GTA): 250$ + taxes per product
  • Ottawa, Gatineau, and Sherbrooke: 150$ + taxes per product
  1. Can I pick up my Appliance?
  1. Does BonPrix Électroménagers install the appliances?
  • Yes, consult in our stores for the cost of the service
  1. Will BonPrix Électroménagers collect my old appliance?
  • Yes, we will take back your old appliance. The cost is 20 $ (For each one).
  1. Did your appliance arrive with a problem or are you dissatisfied with your purchase?

  • No, they are products with small defects
  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • If your BonPrix Electroménagers branch has the appliance you need in stock, we can deliver it as early as the next day. If the branch does not have the appliance in stock, and your sales advisor places the order, please expect a delay of three to four business days.
