Delivery cost of your appliances
To determine the delivery cost of your appliances, you must calculate the exact distance between the location of the BonPrix Electroménagers branch of your choice (Montreal, Laval or Longueuil) and the place where you want your appliances delivered (home, office or others).
For deliveries, If you live 30 kilometers or less, the cost will be $60 plus tax. If you live more than 30 km from the branch, the shipping cost will be $60 + $2 per km plus taxes.
If your BonPrix Electroménagers store has the appliance you buy in stock, we can deliver it to you the next day. If the branch does not have the device in stock and your advisor needs to order it, you should allow three to four business days for delivery.
Prepare for delivery
During your purchase, we will tell you the day on which your appliances will be delivered and we will contact you approximately one hour before delivery to let you know when our team will deliver your appliances to you. You will therefore need to make sure you are at or near the house on the delivery day.
Collection of old appliances
We can pick up your old devices with no problem. You must, however, mention it to your BonPrix Electroménagers advisor when making your purchase so that he can note it in the file. This is charged at 20$.
Installation of your new appliances
Our delivery team is not mandated to install your appliances. Their mandate is limited to delivering your devices and picking up if necessary. However, your BonPrix Electroménagers advisor can recommend professionals who will come to your home to install your appliances. This service is not included in the sale price of each device, but will be determined between you and the professional in question.
Please note that if you wish to transport your appliances yourself, all you have to do is mention this to your advisor at the time of your transaction and he will explain the procedure to follow to collect your appliances. This procedure may vary depending on the location. If your branch has your appliances in stock, you can pick them up the same day. If they are not available and need to be ordered, the process will be different.
