• Coverage: 100% parts and labor, power surge protection, “anti-lemon” clause after 3 identical failures.

• First “No Fault Found”: Excelsior covers the first diagnostic with no defect found.
• Limit: maximum liability equal to the appliance purchase price.
• Exclusions: misuse, cosmetic damages, consumables (bulbs, filters, handles, shelves), commercial use.
• Category-specific perks: food loss (refrigerators), racks and knobs (ranges), silverware basket (dishwashers).
