The Forno Capriasca 30-Inch french door dual fuel range harmonizes professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. Unique french doors mean open doors allow up to 12 Inch of more space to access your oven. The gas range-top has 5 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 100,000 BTU for simmering melting chocolate or simmering sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 4.32 cu. ft. electric oven with a total output of 6,300 Watts is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior fitted with a true convection fan, ensures to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included is an LP conversion kit, 3 stainless steel telescopic oven racks, wok-ring, reversible griddle, rotisserie kit and skewers forks, air fry basket with rack and drip pan. This procedure may vary depending on the store location. If your store has your appliances in stock, you can collect them the same day. If they are not available and must be ordered, the process will be different.
