Can I try it first?
The Levis isn’t on display. To get a sense of its feel, try the Ricardo, the firmest of our display models. The 100 nights apply to the Levis just like the other models.
What if the comfort isn’t right for me?
Sleep on it for at least 30 nights. If the feel isn’t right, exchange it once for another model in the collection, up to the 100th night. Allow $79 for transport plus any price difference. There are no refunds under the comfort exchange program (your legal rights still apply), and a stained or soiled mattress cannot be exchanged.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects and sagging beyond its tolerance for 5 years (prorated warranty) from delivery. The warranty is void if the mattress is stained, soiled or unsanitary, or if it has been folded, wet or used without proper support. Your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, including the warranty of reasonable durability, also apply.
How long does a rolled mattress take to get back into shape?
It unrolls in a few minutes and reaches its full thickness in 24 hours. The construction, the pocket coils and the warranty are the same as a mattress delivered flat; it’s just easier to take home in a car.
Do I have to buy the mattress protector?
No, it’s not required and you can bring your own. We strongly recommend it: a stain voids the manufacturer’s warranty and the comfort exchange. The Québec legal warranty always applies.
